Rudy Candia, Artistic Director
Born and raised in Havana, Cuba. Mr. Candia was selected to study at the Cuban National Ballet School, then moved to Uruguay and continued his ballet training at the Uruguayan National Ballet School. Mr. Candia was offered a contract with Carolina Ballet, USA. Mr. Candia joined Ballet San Jose (Silicon Valley Ballet) in 2005 and was promoted to Soloist in 2007. Mr. Candia has danced many lead roles with ballet companies in many countries: Colombia, Paraguay, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Brazil, Uruguay and Thailand. Read more

Christine Morgan, Artistic Director Emeritus
Christine Morgan founded of L'Ecole de Danse in 1977. She was trained in her native France and in Geneva, Switzerland. Read more
After 40 years of teaching Christine died of cancer in July 2017 and the school is transferred to HaoExpression. We continue Christine's legacy of excellence in teaching, professional training, and focus on individual needs and development, which prepares dancers of all ages for beautiful performances.

Basic Beginning Ballet, with Hao Lueckhoff - Absolute Beginners through advanced Beginners. The classes emphasize on lines and gives basic notions of ballet to help participants be more confident taking Intermediate Ballet classes.
