The units are not breakable, no prorates. All valid 6 months from the date of purchase, no transfer or refund.
Free cancelation 7 days in advance.  
All started hour is due. Overtime is charged one full extra hour. Must enter and exit the room sharp on time. May transition in the lobby for up to 15 minutes.
