All valid 6 months from the date of purchase, no transfer or refund.
Free cancelation 7 days in advance.  
All started hour is due. Overtime is charged one full extra hour. Must enter and exit the room sharp on time. May transition in the lobby or room Arabesque for up to 15 minutes. 
For events, plan to add extra rental fees for chairs, lighting, etc... and cleaning fee.
