HaoExpression

HaoExpression is a collective of dance and performance artists, skilled in their crafts and passionate about transmitting their art and experience. The collective counts many recognized instructors teaching diverse disciplines of the living arts to children and adults, amateurs and professionals.  

We encourage and promote artistic expression in all forms. We create a space for everyone - at any technical level and any physical ability - to progress in their disciplines and to express themselves authentically, confidently and artistically.

Our welcoming and intimate studio attracts people who wish to experience and express themselves through movement and voice. Our classes span technique and skills, joy of dancing and singing, and above all everyone gets to express themselves as they are.

We are located in Mountain View right in the heart of Silicon Valley. In our studio you will find special exclusive classes offered nowhere else in the area.

Dear HaoExpression Family,
 
A relatively quick hello as I transition into the next phase of my collaboration with HaoExpression. I am truly excited for what is to come! For those of you I have already had the pleasure of working with, I look forward to sharing more time with you. For those I have yet to meet, I can’t wait to see you in the studio soon. You will not see any change in our interaction during classes, but Hao and I are working hard behind the scenes to enhance and broaden your experience with us.
 
It is my wish when you enter our doors that you not only receive exceptional training, but you enjoy yourself to the fullest. We appreciate you taking time out of your day to spend with us, so we strive to make it worth your time, every time. As a result, we have put changes into place to clarify what you can expect and to provide access to as many people as possible. We understand everyone is unique and want you to reach your full expression, so we are offering the options we feel will allow you to find what works best for you.
 
As previously announced, class names and price tiers have been simplified and applied consistently across the schedule. We have introduced a “3 classes for $36” card for new members to encourage them to try different instructors and find the one that clicks. We are expanding our class offerings to supplement your ballet training and provide options for those seeking other forms of fitness.
 
On a personal note, I am eager to start teaching in-person on a regular basis beginning this Saturday. Not only have we moved the start time of the ballet class to noon to cater to those of you whose mornings are already full, but I am also introducing two new class formats we hope to bring to HaoExpression permanently. They will be the perfect complement to end your workout after Dawn’s class, warm up for my ballet class, or just take as a standalone class for your daily fitness needs. Without taking away from what we know you love, we are tweaking the schedule to offer new classes and time slots we think will provide the most flexibility and draw the most participants. In turn, it will allow us to continue to increase our offerings for your benefit. Please bear with us during these times and provide your feedback. We are all invested in the success of HaoExpression, so we appreciate your input toward our continued success.
 
I appreciate your support during these unique times. I hope Hao and I are able to provide you with an inclusive environment full of the same joy and fulfillment we feel every time we enter the studio.
