HaoExpression is happy to offer performance opportunities for our adult ballet community.  We like to create opportunities for all dancers to shine and for all our instructors to showcase their students’s hard work.

To participate in the showcase, please note the following condition and performance requirements

• Attend weekly Ballet technique and repertoire classes at HaoExpression. 
• Candidates for a solo or pas de deux to commit to minimum 2 weekly Ballet technique classes at our studios. Plus, they need to be available to learn and be cast in group dance where and when needed.
• Dancers are committed to attend all required stage rehearsals.
• ​Dancers are responsible for acquiring their own costumes. Dancers must check with their choreographer and Costume Director before purchases in order to maintain a cohesive artistic look and feel. Group dance costumes are selected by the choreographer and approved by the costume director.
• When available, HaoExpression Dance Company offers $25 costume rentals with a $100 deposit that will be refunded upon return of the properly cleaned costume.
• Performance Fee:
  • At Cubberley Theater: includes 4 show tickets.  
    • $200 by 15th of August
    • $210 by end of August
    • $220 by end of September
    • $240 by end of October
    • $260 by deadline (30 days before stage rehearsal)
  • At a Zohar Studio Theater: includes 2 show tickets.  
    • $100 by 15th of August
    • $105 by end of August
    • $110 by end of September
    • $120 by deadline (21 days before stage rehearsal)
• Code for complimentary ticket will be sent via Pike13 message 2-3 weeks prior to the performances. 

Cancellation policy
Dancer may cancel

• 90 days before the the event start time and receive a full refund, 
• between 90 days and 60 days before the event start time and receive a 60% refund,
• between 60 days and 30 days before the event start time and receive a 30% refund.

Cancellations submitted less than 30 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
