Adult Ballet Showcase: Performance Opportunities
At HaoExpression, we believe the joy of dance is best shared. We are thrilled to offer our adult ballet community the chance to showcase their dedication, artistry, and hard work. Our showcases are designed to celebrate the progress of our students and provide a creative outlet for faculty and dancers alike.

Participation Requirements
To ensure a high-quality, cohesive production, all performers must meet the following criteria:

• Studio Training: Actively attend weekly technique and repertoire classes at HaoExpression.
• Faculty Endorsement: Participants must be recommended by a regular faculty member.
• In-House Choreography: To maintain our artistic standards and manage logistics, all pieces presented must be taught and practiced at our studio.
• Group Participation: All performers must commit to participating in at least one group dance.

Commitment & Expectations

• Soloists & Pas de Deux: Dancers performing a solo or duo must commit to a minimum of two weekly ballet technique classes at our studio, in addition to performing in at least one large group piece.
• Rehearsals: Attendance at all scheduled stage rehearsals is mandatory.
• Costuming: Dancers are responsible for their own costumes.
  • To ensure a cohesive look, all purchases must be approved by your teacher/choreographer and the Costume Director.
  • Rental Option: When available, HaoExpression Dance Company offers rentals for $25 (requires a $100 refundable deposit upon the return of a cleaned costume).
• Performance Fees:
  • At a Studio Theater: includes 2 show tickets.  
    • $120 Early Birds. Price increases with time  
    • Deadline 1 month before the event.  
  • Code for complimentary ticket will be sent via Pike13 message 3 weeks prior to the performances. People who sign up after the 1 month deadline are not guaranteed to have complimentary show tickets.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We strive to host exceptional events and understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Our refund policy is structured to balance flexibility for our guests with the logistical commitments required for the performance.
Cancellation Schedule
​Refunds are calculated based on the number of days prior to the official event start time:

• 90+ Days Notice: Full Refund (100%)
• 90 to 60 Days Notice: 60% Refund
• 60 to 30 Days Notice: 30% Refund
• Less than 30 Days Notice: No Refund

Terms & Conditions

• Finality: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event, regardless of the reason (including medical, travel, or personal emergencies).
• Post-Performance: Strictly no refunds or credits will be issued once the performance has commenced or after it has concluded, for what ever reason.
• Submission: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The date of the written request will serve as the official cancellation date.

Theater Days
Classes will be held at their regular times at the studio. It is advised to take a ballet technique classes offered at the studio  to prepare your body for performance.
