Two classes in one: Mindfulness and Dance Exercise!
Sanne Lim has created a blend and balance of high energy dancing and the stillness of mindfulness practicing. The class includes meditation, compassion training, self-awareness and other mindfulness exercises; dancing and sweating like a zumba class; relaxation and integration similar to shavasana in yoga. Experience uplifting energy and soothing calm, and cultivate a deep connection within, and from there with those around you. It's joyful, enriching, satisfying, powerful... Come join us.
The class warmly welcomes everyone! Experience with dancing, mindfulness or both is wonderful but not a requirement. Wear comfortable clothes and indoor exercise shoes.
