Dancing with Mindfulness
The class, taught by Sanne Lim, is a mix of dance exercise and mindfulness training. It is a balance of high energy movement, slowness and stillness. You will experience meditation, breathing, and other mindfulness exercises; dancing and sweating similar to a zumba class; relaxation and integration similar to shavasana in yoga. The centering element of the class is your experience - of peace and passion, inner reflection and outer expression.
Warmly welcoming any adult who loves - or is curious about - dancing and mindfulness. Experience with dancing, mindfulness or both is wonderful but not a requirement.
4-week program: May 9, 16, 23, 30.
